A photo is worth a thousand words...
...and so much more.
Join us for the Grand Opening of our
Teen Outreach Photography Exhibit
Be moved, enlightened and inspired by the work of teens from Angel Foundation's Facing Cancer Together program who share through photos the life experience of having a parent with cancer.
For seven weeks, the teens were guided by Minneapolis-based photographer, Scott Streble, who helped participants develop the techniques to capture and tell their story in images and words. What has resulted are stirring images that reveal the impact of a parent's cancer diagnosis as seen through the eyes of a teenager.
While poignant and at times solemn, this exhibit represents the opportunity for teens to channel some of the feelings they experience daily into beautiful expressions of resiliency, strength and hope.
Join us for a memorable evening celebrating the healing power of creative expression.
